Aaron Draizin is a strategic and methodical civil litigation attorney focusing on insurance coverage disputes, personal injury claims, bad faith, premises liability, mass torts, and diminished value of luxury and exotic automobiles due to accidents.
As a litigator, Aaron takes tremendous pride in helping people during their most vulnerable and difficult times and aggressively pursues their rights. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Feingold Posner Draizin acquired from an extensive legal background.
That background includes being a shareholder at one of Florida’s most prestigious statewide insurance defense firms, developing many of the defense tactics and strategies used in representing some of the country’s largest insurance companies. He then answered the call to represent people of the community as a member of the elite trial group at one of the state’s most prominent “billboard” personal injury firms and also represented some of the state’s largest medical providers against insurance companies.
He now uses all of the knowledge, skill, and strategy methods learned and acquired while representing insurance companies to give his clients the best edge in pursuing their rights – while fighting against those very same insurance companies.
Aaron has been awarded an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating standard, since 2017. He has been selected to the Florida Rising Stars list in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 by Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters. Additionally, he authored the No Fault Insurance Law chapter in the Florida Bar’s Florida Automobile Insurance Law Practice Manual, Twelfth Edition, published in 2022.
Aaron also provides services for probate, estate, guardianship and elder law and regularly serves as an appointed guardian for minors who suffer harm to ensure their rights are protected and uncompromised in their personal injury claims.
